Insite Pacific introduces the Pegasus Mk II, high resolution, color zoom, CCD camera. The Pegasus Mark II has a 30X optical zoom lens and 32X digital zoom with auto focus capability. It will provide exceptional images in close-up and stand-off inspection applications. The Pegasus Mark II is provided in a titanium housing with a 4,500m depth rating as standard with options for full ocean depth rating. An exciting new feature of this camera is that it can provide either an NTSC or PAL video output, which eliminates the need for stocking two different types of cameras.
This camera has an Onscreen Display (OSD), which is activated by the focus and zoom switches. Control of Focus Auto/Manual, Zoom Speed, White Balance, NTSC or PAL video output, and many more settings are all done with the focus and zoom switches. The camera can also be controlled via a VISCA based RS232 or RS485 serial interface.
